About Evelina

Implementing PMS & coaching leaders
since 2015
Leadership experience in IT, Aviation and MedTech
Mastery in Lean & Operational Excellence
Dual coaching certification in Germany & USA
Cross-cultural fluency
Structured, hands-on & empathic approach

Over the years, I have seen how much time and energy organizations lose when performance lacks clarity and structure: meetings turn into reporting sessions; priorities shift without clarity; actions are taken quickly, but not always thoughtfully. Teams are expected to deliver results without a shared understanding of what really matters or how progress is assessed.
That experience is why I focus on structured performance management systems.
At organizational level, this means building systems that translate strategy into clear expectations and measurable progress.
At individual level, it means working in a structured way on behavioral and performance goals.
Before founding ESLC, I led teams in Aviation, MedTech, and IT. These industries operate under pressure and complexity, leaving little room for improvisation when it comes to performance.
That experience, combined with my work in Operational Excellence and certifications as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and an ICF-accredited (ACC) leadership coach, formed my practical and hands-on approach.
My working style has also been shaped by living in several countries and working daily with colleagues from more than 15 nationalities, which strengthened my ability to operate effectively across cultures and perspectives.
When we work together
-
you have my full focus. You will not feel like one of many clients competing for attention.
-
my role is not to deliver recommendations and step aside. I design the structure with you, implement it alongside you, and stay involved while it becomes part of your daily practice.
-
I will hold you accountable for the commitments we define not as an external auditor, but as a partner who wants you to succeed.
-
Holding you accountable means staying engaged in your progress, asking difficult questions when needed, and remaining curious when something is not working.
-
If a structure does not fit your reality, we adjust it. If a behavior is hard to change, we examine the reasons behind it.
-
The idea is to stay committed to the goal while remaining flexible in how we reach it.
-
And if at any point my support is no longer needed, I will say so openly.
My objective is to build a system and a level of behavioral change that you can sustain independently.
